The articles enumerated hereafter can be made at Penal Establishments. By direction of the Government, a preference is to be given to these supplies by all Government Departments where the prices are not in excess of current rates for goods of the like quality.

In case of difference of opinion as to quality or price of goods between the Penal Department and the department receiving supply, the matter in dispute will be referred to the Tender Board for settlement.

All orders to be addressed to the Inspector-General of Penal Establishments, Melbourne.
